Octodad NTT Race

About - Octodad is from the hit game, Octodad: Dadliest Catch. It's a game with purposefully "bad" controls, so I have replicated something close in Nuclear Throne.
Passive - Move relative to the mouse.
Active - Switch between 2 sets of 2 weapons.
Side Note - Both of his ultra mutations are bad, but it's up to you which one you think is less worse... If you can even reach level ultra.
Side Side Note - His sprites are basically just a slightly modified and recolored Plant.
