About - Shifter is an original character from me.
Passive - Body 1 has increased damage. Body 2 gains more rads from enemies. Upon leveling up, whichever body you currently have active will gain a boost to their passive.
Active - Switch bodies.
Side Note - For the first 2 bodies I'm using robots A and B skins as placeholder, as for the 3rd body I am using the custom C skin made by BioOnPC that came with Nuclear Throne Together as a placeholder.

Sorry for the late reply, I only just saw this since I was doing some other stuff, I have some experience doing the suggestion from your 4th comment by making my Octodad character.
I will add the sprites that you made since you made them for this, I also thank you for those, I will also maybe add what you have said about it at some point.
